| For ceilings that have an angle greater than 90°, here are the procedures...
IMPORTANT: Before we ship your entire order containing of a custom ceiling angle, a 5ft sample of the angle of your ceiling must be cut. After you recieve the sample, contact us for further instructions.
STEP 1 - Do you know the angle of your ceiling?
1.) If you know the angle of your ceiling, then provide the degree measurement when you click the "Add to Cart" button for custom ceilings. (After you click, you will have the option to select the degree of your molding) Skip all other steps for custom ceiling angles.
2.) If you don't know the angle of your ceiling, follow the next steps to make a template of your ceiling and choose "Will Call" when you click the "Add to Cart" cuttom for custom ceilings..
STEP 2 - Make a template
Use some newspaper, or one side of paper bag. Align the paper's edge to the wall, then fold over and crease the top edge to match your ceiling's angle. See diagram below,

STEP 3 - Mail template to Foam Factory Inc.
Draw an arrow on the paper indicating your ceiling's angle. Then mail in the paper with the angle of your ceiling, your name, order number, and a breif description of your order.

| For walls that have an angle not equal to 90°, here are the procedures...
STEP 1 - Do you know the angle of your wall(s)?
1.) If you know the angle of your wall(s), then provide the degree measurement when you click the "Add to Cart" button for custom wall angle. (After you click, you will have the option to select the degree of your molding) Skip all other steps for custom wall angles.
2.) If you don't know the angle of your wall(s), follow the next steps to make a template of your wall(s).
STEP 2 - Wall Angle...
For walls less than 90°, preced to step 2. For walls greater than 90°, procede to step 3. For walls greater than 180°, procede to step 4.
STEP 3 - Walls less than 90°
For walls less than 90°, use some newspaper, or one side of a paper bag. Align the paper's edge to one wall, then fold over and crease the other side not aligned to the wall to match your wall's angle. See diagram below,

For walls greater than 90°, use some newspaper, or one side of a paper bag. Align the paper's edge to one wall, then fold over and crease the other side not aligned to the wall to match your wall's angle. See diagram below,
STEP 4 - Walls greater than 180°
For walls greater than 180°, (but not 270°, which is a standard out corner), use some newspaper & some tape, or 2 sides of a paper bag & some tape. Align one sheet of paper to the edge of one wall, then another sheet of paper to the other wall. Overlap the paper, then tape the paper together. See diagram below,
STEP 5 - Mail template to Foam Factory Inc.
Draw an arrow on the paper indicating your wall's angle. Then mail in the paper with the angle of your ceiling, your name, order number, and a breif description of your order (You may also send us a copy of your order if possible).
